Katie Macleay brings a wealth of experience as both a player and coach. A four year starter at the University of Colorado, she finished her career with 161 points and graduated as the program's all-time assist leader in 2017. That season, she also ranked No. 18 nationally in shooting percentage.
Before CU, Katie starred at Annapolis High School (MD), where she set school and county records for assists and played club lacrosse for Maryland United.
Katie has spent more than 10 years coaching at the youth, high school, and club levels. She is currently the Head Coach at Denver East High School and has previously coached with Maryland United and True Lacrosse. She also played and coached overseas at the University of Nottingham in England, earning Team MVP honors in 2018.
Katie is passionate about helping players build confidence, improve their lacrosse IQ, and develop the skills needed to succeed at the next level.

Miranda Stinson is one of the most accomplished players in University of Colorado lacrosse history and brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to Cutthroat Lacrosse Club.
As a senior, she recorded 80 points (64 goals, 16 assists), earning Pac-12 Attacker of the Year, All-Pac-12 First Team, and IWLCA All-Region First Team honors. A dynamic offensive player, Miranda was consistently recognized among the top attackers in the country and appeared on the Tewaaraton Award Watch List during her collegiate career.
Following graduation, she coached at Wagner College, a Division I program in New York, where she helped develop attackers and worked on offensive game planning.
Before CU, Miranda was a five-year varsity starter at Trinity Episcopal School (VA), finishing as the program's all-time leading scorer with 345 goals and 124 assists. She earned multiple All-American honors and was named Trinity Episcopal's Female Athlete of the Year.
Miranda is passionate about helping players build confidence, improve their offensive skills, and reach their full potential on and off the field.
Trevor Sieracki serves as the Varsity Associate Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator at Denver East High School. In 2025, his defensive unit helped lead the team to one of the top defensive seasons in program history, allowing just 6.6 goals per game.
Originally from Austin, Texas, Trevor played collegiate lacrosse at Catawba College, where he developed a strong understanding of the game as a midfielder. He brings that experience into his coaching, with a focus on defensive fundamentals, communication, and team play.
Trevor is passionate about helping players grow their lacrosse IQ, build confidence, and become dependable teammates. His energy and attention to detail have helped create a disciplined, competitive, and supportive environment for athletes at every level.

Charlie Rudy, originally from Novato, California, was a standout attacker for the University of Colorado from 2019–2023. A dynamic scorer and leader, she finished her career 2nd all-time in CU history for career goals and was named the 2023 Pac-12 Attacker of the Year and a 2023 All-Pac-12 First Team selection. After graduation, Charlie was drafted to Athletes Unlimited Pro Lacrosse, showcasing her elite skill and passion for the game.
Charlie brings her high-level playing experience, advanced lacrosse IQ, and energy for player development to help athletes elevate their game.

Karly van Leer, a defender from Sudbury, Massachusetts. Known for her smart positioning and defensive grit, Karly was a 2023 starter for the CU Buffs and earned honors on both the Pac-12 and IWLCA Academic Honor Rolls. She brings a high lacrosse IQ and a calm, confident presence to the field.
Karly is passionate about building strong defensive players and helping young athletes grow on and off the field.

Kate Burnside was a key midfielder and draw control specialist for the University of Colorado. She totaled 200+ career draw controls and ranked Top 10 in the Pac-12 in draw controls per game her senior year. Kate was named to the 2022 All-Pac-12 First Team and was known for her consistency, versatility, and leadership on the field.
Kate brings a competitive edge and deep knowledge of the draw to help athletes dominate possession and elevate their overall game.

Maeve Caldwell is a former goalie at Denison University, where she competed for one of the top Division III programs in the country.
As Colorado L.C.'s goalie coach, Maeve is passionate about helping young goalies build confidence, sharpen their skills, and develop the mindset needed to succeed in the cage. Her positive energy and playing experience make her a great mentor for our athletes.
