Katie Macleay

Miranda Stinson

Program Owner


Katie is a seasoned lacrosse professional with a rich history as both a player and coach. A four-year starter at the University of Colorado, she finished with 161 career points, concluding her tenure as the program's all-time assist leader in 2017. That same year, she ranked No. 18 nationally in shooting accuracy.


Before her collegiate success, Katie made significant strides at Annapolis High School, in Maryland. Macleay was a standout athlete, setting county and school records with 45 and then 49 assists in consecutive seasons. Macleay also played for Maryland United Lacrosse Club. Her leadership and playmaking abilities were evident early on, laying the groundwork for her successful collegiate career.


With over a decade of coaching experience, Katie brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the field. She currently serves as the Head Coach at Denver East High School and has previously coached with esteemed programs such as Maryland United and True Lacrosse. Her international experience includes playing and coaching overseas at the University of Nottingham in England, where she was honored as the team's MVP. University of Nottingham currently is the top women's lacrosse program in the UK. 


Katie is dedicated to developing confident, intelligent, and skilled players, by creating an environment where athletes can thrive and excel at the next level.

Miranda Stinson

Miranda Stinson

Miranda Stinson is one of the most accomplished players in University of Colorado lacrosse history, bringing elite-level experience and offensive expertise to Cutthroat Lacrosse Club. A standout attacker, Miranda concluded her collegiate career with 80 points in her senior season (64 goals, 16 assists), ranking second on CU's single-season charts. She earned numerous accolades, including Pac-12 Attacker of the Year, All-Pac-12 First Team, and IWLCA All-West/Midwest Region First Team honors. ​


Miranda's impact extended beyond scoring; she led the Pac-12 in multiple offensive categories and was recognized nationally, appearing on the Tewaaraton Award Watch List and Top 25. ​


Following her standout playing career, Stinson transitioned into coaching at the collegiate level. She spent time on staff at Wagner University, a Division I program in New York, where she contributed to player development and offensive strategy.


Before her collegiate success, Miranda was a five-year varsity starter at Trinity Episcopal School in Richmond, Virginia, where she became the all-time leading scorer with 345 goals and 124 assists. Her high school accolades include First-Team All-American selections and being named the 2015 Trinity Episcopal Female Athlete of the Year. 


Miranda leverages her extensive experience to mentor and develop the next generation of lacrosse talent, focusing on offensive strategies and player development.

Trevor Sieracki

Trevor Sieracki

Trevor Sieracki currently serves as the Varsity Associate Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator for Denver East High School Girls Lacrosse. In the 2025 season, under his leadership, the team achieved a remarkable defensive record, allowing an average of just 6.6 goals per game, showcasing his commitment to excellence.​


A native of Austin, Texas, Trevor played collegiate lacrosse at Catawba College, where he was a midfielder for the Indians. His time on the field instilled in him a deep understanding of the game's intricacies, particularly on the defensive end.​


Trevor's coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, communication, and resilience. He is dedicated to developing players who are not only technically proficient but also possess a strong lacrosse IQ and a team-first mentality. His approach has been instrumental in shaping a defensive unit that is both cohesive and formidable.
